Question:Can you purchase a replacement diffuser?
Answer:No, we do not currently sell replacement diffusers.
Question:After wiring can these be dropped directly into a drop ceiling grid, just a like a ceiling panel?

Question:can we hang it from wood ceiling? Or this is only for tile ceiling?
Answer:These are designed for a dropped ceiling; however, I used both sets of mine for drywall ceiling. For the kitchen, I cut holes in the ceiling to accommodate the power supply and mounted them flush against the ceiling. For another room, I built boxes from 1x3s. You can purchase the mounting kit separately.
